Our structure has a series of laser cutting systems of the latest generation at your disposal, with laser cutting up to 25 mm thickness, with automatic grasping of the steel sheets and a complete automatic laser cutting process and sorting of the finished parts.

This system manages the complete production process, from loading of the steel sheets, until the discharge of the cut parts and removal of the waste and cleaning of the pallet changer. Besides, this system is also able to select, handle and stack the cut parts of any geometry, depositing and predisposing them for the subsequent use.

We have also set up a series of laser tube systems, for the cutting of the different shapes ROUND, SQUARE, RECTANGULAR and OVAL with automatic charge and discharge systems with a loading capacity of 4000 Kg. and bars up to 6500 mm in length . The automatic robotic welding isles, complete the department with numerical control tube bending and bending presses up to 250 tonnes. The whole system works with automatic manipulators for the final stock into the specific customer’s container.
