Our Sales Department together with our Technical Service is willing to supply estimations and offers for new product engineering.
The base of our system is integrated by a set of CAD/CAM stations, mainly used for tools and equipment development and connected to a net for the numerical control elaboration of our tooling machines.


PRINTING DEPARTMENT

In our Printing Department we have installed mechanical and hydraulical presses from 25 to 2000 tons with new „MOTION MASTER“system. They can produce shear sheets having dimensions up to 4000 mm
Besides, for big series, presses with CNC progressive feeder with power up to 2000 tons. These are completed with robotic manipulators for automatic loading/unloading and storage of parts directly into specific containers for each customer.

LASER DEPARTMENT

Our structure offers you various types of laser cutting plants with cut possibility up to 20 mm thickness and dimensions up to 2000 x 4000 mm together with automatic load/unload storage.

For a complete service, we are equipped with the „latest generation“ numerical control laser plants which can cut pipes with ROUND, SQUARE, RECTANGULAR, and OVAL shapes: they have automatic loaders and unloaders with a loading capacity up to 4000 Kg of pipes in one plating and bar lengths of 6500 mm including automatic pilers for final storage into standard containers.
To complete this section we have installed a set of folding machines 220/250 tons.

WELDING DEPARTMENT

This section is served by more than 20 robotic welding stations TIG-MIG with arc pulsed welding through 5 and 6 axes robot completed by orbital and horizontal rotating 2 station positioners. The department also includes “latest generation” robotic welding isles with 4 CNC welding groups and a 6 axes robot specialised for union and welding of chassis cross pieces as well as double robot welding plants, all of them equipped with pneumatic welding masks in order to guarantee the quality of our manufactures. Spot welding automated plants complete this section as well as new robotic stitching isles with automatic loading and unloading of parts.

WARNISHING DEPARTMENT

Our varnishing plant is in the vanguard for the completeness and quality of finishing; our platform is composed of sandblasting plant, an ultra-modern degreasing and tricationic phosphating line with law addition of zinc – as well as cataphoresis varnishing, finishing enamel varnishing and robotic dust finishing varnishing.
The whole is supported by a modern analysis lab structured for raw materials as well as end product control during its varnishing cycle in addition to tests in salted suspension.
To complete this department, we have added a plant for salty smoke tests and a new oiling line for already welded parts which avoids oxidation of the unvarnished and without superficial treatment parts.

MECHANICAL WORKS

A big scale of drilling machines and multiple tapping machines, CNC milling machines, lathes, grinding and cross cut saw machines, broaching machines complete our plate manufacturing which are tested in the mid of the production process and completed with quality certificate at the end.

EQUIPMENT DEPARTMENT

Our organisation offers you all our experience regarding every aspect of equipment planning and execution matters and is mainly specialised in the realisation of all welding masks for our welding robot as well as in all control masters for manufacturing control on the whole production process.
The work out of new equipment projected and built by us, is supported by a detailed study of our Quality and Industrialisation Team in order to obtain a secure and executive project (projected through “Catia” system) before the final realisation.
To complete this constantly expanding department, we offer the service of CNC milling and boring machines, lathes and saws in addition to numeric control cable electrorosions.

TESTING, ENGINEERING AND LABORATORIES

Our manufactures are checked and tested during the whole production process, then certified and approved. Our test phase is performed by all traditional control instruments and computerised 3D logic Zeiss tracing machines for dimensional control.
We also have a metallurgic lab with certified personnel for destruction tests through NITAL attack as well as non-destructive tests with penetrating liquids and Magnaflux,
To complete our laboratory, we have all the suitable instruments for Macro-photographs necessary for a proper check of welding proofness.
We also have an Engineering Team to project and develop new technologies for our customers through the Catia technical support.
